Hi, I’m Paul, the owner of Proactive Admin and Bookkeeping. I’m passionate about helping small business owners, tradies, and landlords take the stress out of their admin and finances — so they can focus on what they do best.
I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in Finance and Economics, a Diploma in Accounting and a Certificate in Business Administration, and I’m currently completing a Certificate in Information Technology. While I’m not a Chartered Accountant, I provide comprehensive bookkeeping services and clear, accurate financial statements suitable for reporting and business management purposes. I can also offer business analysis and insights to help you understand your financial position, identify trends, and make confident decisions about the future of your business.
Based in Westport on the stunning West Coast, I work remotely with clients across New Zealand — making it easy to access professional, reliable support wherever you are.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about powerlifting and the outdoors — both of which keep me balanced, focused, and energised to bring my best to every client I work with.
